where to place scripty "shortcut"....where it is Options / Shortcut keys??

Hi tytan,

First you need to open up the Options dialog. There is a button for it in the lower-right area of the screen that you need to click:





After you click that, the Options dialog will open up. There will be some different categories in a column on the left hand side, click the category named "Shortcut keys" to open up the shortcut key manager:



Press the "Add" button to put in a new blank entry, then fill in the left-hand side labeled "Key" with the key that you want to trigger the shortcut, for example if you want it to be triggered when you push the A key on the keyboard, put A in there.

Then paste the script into the "Command" column on the right-hand side.

Example:

I saved a script called 'SpurGearProfile.js'
in the commands folder (Moi1.0/commands)

Then options -- Shortcut keys
Click the 'Add' button and then G(facultative)
on the keyboard

Click on the colon named 'Command' and
write SpurGearProfile

Moi3d is now ready to execute button 'G' on your
keyboard

Maybe you have an older version?

Hi tytan, something seems to be wrong with your installation - the options dialog is not supposed to look like that.

You might try uninstalling and re-installing MoI to see if that fixes your installation.

Also, have you installed something like a beta version of IE8 on your machine? That could possibly interfere with MoI's UI display...

Hi tytan, now that I look into it some more, it looks like the problem is that you are using an old version.

Please download the newest version and then it should look like the screenshots that I was showing.
