Sorry, I am very busy in the last 2 weeks.....Well, looks like model by refaello & jesse is the best.
So the main tools are swept, loft, revolve & network.

@All...
It will be more helpful to post the 3D model include the curves that construct the model.

Hi Anis, most of the curves I used are hidden, you can unhide them and play.
