Well, one major area will be some object organization tools, like stuff similar to layers, etc... That will probably be a focus starting with the second beta release.

For the first beta release one new thing is this object editing frame being discussed here: http://moi3d.com/forum/index.php?webtag=MOI&msg=1571.1

I'm not exactly sure of all the stuff that will be in v2 at the end yet.
