Hi all here is video tutorial to setup Blueprint in MOI and if any one have sugestion how to do it better is welcome .

if is possible to set small icon in center off picture as scall center and you can move it
or use normall scall command to scall the picture

Yes It's a possible method
You can also use "transparent image" like this and move it as wanted

Hi lyes - there currently isn't any way to do this, the scaling right now will happen from the opposite corner of the image instead.

The normal scale command can't be applied to the images because there isn't any way to select an image when you are outside the "Image" command - otherwise if the images were selectable as regular objects it would be too easy to accidentally move them around while trying to model other objects.

I have added this to the wishlist though, and I would like to figure out a way to control the scaling from the center point - one thing I have thought a bit in the past would be to enable doing a click and release (instead of click and drag) on one of the corner scaling handles to switch between different scale modes, like scale from center/scale from corner, etc..
