Where is the config file located?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows where MoI configurations are saved. I spent a fair bit of time customizing it and would like to back up the shortcuts. Thanks!

Note that Windows Vista puts this file here C:\Users\[user account name]\AppData\Roaming\Moi
