Hi Mark, sorry for the problem with the order page. It looks like the company that handles the order page for me was having a problem with their web server, it seems to be fixed up now.

Please let me know if you continue to have any problems with that page.

Hi Marek, that's strange, it seems to work for me over here right now.

I think there is some stuff built into that order form where it tries to figure out your language and currency and use those by default. Maybe there is something going wrong with that part of the order system.

Can you please let me know which country you are in?

Also, does this happen to you on the very first order page screen, or does it show like that after going through a couple of steps?

If I can find those out from you it would help me to make a bug report for this.

It looks like it must be related to the bank transfer payment method - this is a new payment method that this payment service has only recently started to accept.

It's possible that a different method like Credit card or paypal would work better at the moment, but I will also send in a bug report to see if they know what is going wrong.

Zdravím,

osobně jsem ještě prográmek neobjednával (ještě pár dní počkám, až FED dovrší dílo zkázy na dolaru...;), ale pokud nechceš nebo nemůžeš platit kartou, tak bych volil způsob platby "wire transfer", kdy jak jsem to pochopil, obdržíš veškeré údaje nutné k provedení platby na daný účet u Plimusu; tedy stejně jako bys posílal třeba platbu za předplatné časopisu převodem z účtu... Předpokládám, že si budeš moct vybrat jestli platit v korunách přímo Plimusu nebo zaplatíš v dolarech a konverzi tedy provede tvá banka (či zaplatíš ze svého účtu vedeného v cizí měně, pokud nějaký máš). Obecně to asi bude záviset na tom, jaké máš možnosti u své banky pro případ platby na účet vedený v zahraničí. Ale jak říkám, ještě jsem to nezkoušel. Poznámka, že v konečné ceně bude zahrnuto ještě DPH, ehm...

Hi Marek, I finally heard back from Plimus today, they say that they can't reproduce the problem anymore so you might try it again now.

If it still happens, they request sending some step-by-step instructions on what you're entering in the order form to get to that point.

If you could send those to me at moi@moi3d.com, that would help me send them the information to get this fixed up.

In the meantime, you may be best off not using that one Bank Transfer payment method and instead use PayPal or any of the other options. The Bank Transfer method is a brand new service that they offer and maybe it is not fully ironed out yet.
