Wow Manz,
Your model and the last render is great. My son is just starting out at CCS in the craft program for metals so I'm intrigued by all the jewelry on this forum.
Are you using Carrara or other soft at the moment for your render and mats?
Regards,
David

Very nice, I purchased Carrara 6 pro from DAZ and regretted the decision at first. I was unwilling to let the purchase be for nothing so I started playing with it lately and have been enjoying it as of late. It can render quickly & look pretty good plus the materials are easy to work with.

Your render is definetaly some inspiration to keep at it.

Hi David,

>>>Your render is definetaly some inspiration to keep at it.

My render shows that not much work is needed for a reasonable render, as I used mainly default materials and a GI (HDR)

If Michael thinks the model is OK, then I will make higher res renders and post them to Gallery.

Regards,
Steve,

PS,
Since the original post to thread, I have been visiting productdesign. I see there is another tutorial, that one being for a chess knight. Anyone up to creating that in MoI?

That "plasma" type shader is one of quite a few shaders which are included in the wonderful DCG Shader plugin called "Enhance C"
