Hi Jason, MoI does not currently have a variable radius fillet.

Probably the easiest way to do that currently would be to copy/paste your object into Rhino, perform the variable radius fillet there, then copy/paste it back into MoI.

I do plan on implementing a variable radius fillet for version 2.0 though.

Hi all!

You can take the long way around with some surface trimming and then using the sweep command like I show in the attached JPEG. I could end up being a lot of work depending on the complexity of your surfaces, but this might help for the time being until V2.0 is out.
