It's in just a generic unit - you can consider it to be whatever you want as long as you are consistent in how you treat it.

I will try to add some better unit support because I know that no units can be confusing.

It probably won't have dimensions for a while, the V1 release will be focused mostly on creating geometry.

MoI isn't going to really do all the same things that normal CAD programs do, especially for the first release. You'll need to use it in combination with other programs, it won't do a full set of functionality yet.

This will improve over time, though.
