The codec don't work for you? Seems you are the only one!
He uses this codec because it a very good compress for the quality

When I go to the site with the video I just end up staring at a big blue Q. I feel like I'm working at Qwest again and it gives me the the shivers.

It's works fine for me on XP I try again now, no special problem :)
I just wait some second at the start for loading...( a big blue Q too) ....there is no sound so no restriction ;)
