It would be great if we could hide some points while editing curves or (especially) surfaces.
Also specific selection tools for point edition on surfaces would be great (select ring, select loop, select direct neighbours...)
I've enclosed an image with an example of a surface where the number of points in the viewports makes it very difficult to edit. Such "organic" surface would be a good candidate for the above requested features.
When creating such surfaces, the idea for me is to have a model created in MoI with already as much details as possible. Then I would export to a polygon modeler with "sculpting" options (like ZBrush) to further subdivide and sculpt the mesh and add extra details. I can then generate displacement or normal maps for rendering...
And can we have it for the next monday beta ? ;-)))))
