Eventually yes, but it will take a while before the full documentation will be available in Spanish. Currently it isn't ready. I don't think it will be ready for the initial V1 release.

That has the keyboard shortcuts that you can add for "Keep Construction Line", "Remove Construction Lines", and "Remove Last Added Cline".
