so I took a model that was used as a tutorial in the old ElectricImage modeler and I built it in MOI3d.
Took me about 2 hrs, but had to do it twice as I screwed some things up along the way.

I think I'm getting the hang of it now:)

I added a small detail to the surface of the button, it was very easy to create a shape that followed
the concave of the surface of the button using booleans.

I put in a parting line, just for show.

Moi is working out pretty good for me when exporting to my rendering software!

Hi Mike, it looks great, is this with the Electric Image renderer?

This is a great example of the sort of industrial-ish type of shape that works well to model with MoI.

Yes, this was rendered in Electric Image.

I've been using sub-d modellers since EIM was discontinued and am happy to have MOI
to replace it.
