it seems that undo does not work with viewport images. after i rotated an image i could not undo to realign.

I would like to second that. Sometimes I delete the wrong image and then I have to re upload and realign it.

Hi xrok1 - yes for v1 undo will only work on "regular" objects like curves and solids.

I'd like to expand this in v2 to work for more kinds of things such as background images, so I'll add this to the wishlist when I get back from vacation.
