I've recently started to use the Polyline tool more and noticed that Perpendicular and Tangent snaps aren't available after the first click, even when using Construction lines. Is there a way these can be made available please?

Do you mean Perpendicular or Tangent from the previous polyline segment?

They are available by dragging out a construction line from the end of the previous line segment, looks like this:

The snaps are working with Construction lines, but I'm almost certain they weren't working earlier today. I'll keep my eye on it, because I'm sure that Copy and/or Paste have been misbehaving, in that clicking copy on a selected part and dragging the 'new' item away has just resulted in moving the original, i.e no copy was made. However, what does feel inconsistent with the snaps is that after making a construction line, MoI allows two Perp or Tan lines to be drawn, but then the ability switches off until another construction line is created. I see that it's because no construction line is present to work from, but it just feels at odds with how MoI usually works, particularly as the axis construction lines are always available to snap to.
