Is there a way to select items and group them... and later when you select one item of the group everything that was grouped will be selected?
not in the objects tab ...just when you are drawing....lets say select items...press G it will group them...press U ...for ungroup.

Yes, go to Options > Shortcut keys and push the "Add" button.

Press G for the key to use, then type in group in the Command column.

For ungroup Press U for the key to use and put in ungroup for the command.
