Is there a way to edit the DimRadius command (either by modifying it directly in the .js, or by using a shortcut) so that it creates dimensions as diameter as opposed to radius ? (hence removing the need to manually change from Radius to Diameter in Details after the fact).

Hi Pior,

There's a dropdown for selecting this while DimRadius is running. You can set the default with a preset under Options > Dimensions.
