Hi Alphapack - you would normally export your 3D model to a program that does rendering (usually by exporting to .obj format). In the rendering program you would then assign textures and set up lights and then generate a more realistic final quality image of your model. If you do want to just get an image of MoI's regular display to work with, you can do that by pressing the "Print screen" key, which is normally in the upper-right corner of your keyboard. When you push that key, Windows will take a snapshot of the current visible screen and place it into the clipboard as an image.

You can then go to Paint Shop Pro, and paste it in, use the Ctrl+V shortcut, or from Paint Shop Pro's menu pick Edit / Paste / Paste As New Image.
