Hi Andras, there is not a separate portable version download, but the regular version is portable so after you install it you can copy the installation folder to another machine and run it directly without needing to run the installer on the other machine.
In addition to the install folder you may want to also copy the moi.ini file so your settings will come along too and also copy your license key file so you won't have to enter in your license key again. There are instructions for this at the link Peer has above.
