Hi Billabong, it can be difficult to remove a hard edge right in the middle of other stuff like that.

Other than filleting, if you can trim away some space around the hard edge then the Construct > Blend command can put in a smooth connecting surface between the open edges. Or the other main approach is making a larger single surface across areas that are supposed to be smooth instead of filling things in piece by piece.

Hi Billabong, here is a version with those hard edges removed.

It's a pretty tricky process though, it's better to prepare it earlier in the model construction.

I set up a blend surface like this:





And then the tricky part is getting it in place, which involves untrimming and retrimming surrounding pieces.
