You can try keyshot rendering, moi 3d +keyshot workflow is great, keyshot can directly read.3dm files, you can quickly make changes to the model in moi 3d, keyshot rendering effect is very fast, moi is focused on modeling software, keyshot is a dedicated rendering software that works well with both.

I also use blender, which can import models into each other with moi.
