My Tablet got "stuck" on the MoI server upgrade notice, with Chrome browser.
The solution was to click on Chrome's 3dot, (browser) > History, and click "x" on about 3 MoI forum entries, to clear the message and so permit the MoI forum to come up again.

Hi Brian, the thing that causes it to be stuck is cached DNS info.

So clearing chrome's DNS cache can be helpful, like this:
https://superuser.com/questions/203674/how-to-clear-flush-the-dns-cache-in-google-chrome

When that is cleared it will then get the new IP address for moi3d.com .
