Hello everyone!
Could you please help me with a few questions? Will I be able to access the moi3d program and will it work via a remote computer?
And another question, who has encountered the following error "Unable to reach Splashtop servers". I'm trying to connect to a remote desktop and get this error, can you tell me how to fix it?
I will be grateful for any help!

Hi Sigvel,

re:

MoI is a regular desktop computer program, it does not have any specific functionality in it for running remotely but you could probably use it over something like remote desktop.

That error is coming from the remote desktop software, not from Moi itself.

So probably you'll need to look at Splashtop support to get information on that:

Hi, I had problems with this error too. This error can be fixed. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Ensure the device has a stable internet connection and all proxy, network, and Splashtop software settings are properly configured;
Run the check tool to insure your network firewall is not blocking access;
Ask the network administrator if the following addresses are accessible on your network:
st2.api.splashtop.com
st2-relay.api.splashtop.com
*.relay.splashtop.com (* is wildcard)
*.api.splashtop.com (* is wildcard)
amazonaws.com (as Splashtop servers reside on Amazon Web Servers)
Make sure the port 443 is open for all traffic, including non-ssl
If your device has a firewall or anti-virus enabled, ensure the following Splashtop processes aren’t blocked:
SRManager.exe
SRFeature.exe
Restart your router
If that doesn't help, other error causes and solutions can be found here https://www.helpwire.app/blog/splashtop-not-working/
As for whether you can use moi3d on a remote desktop, I haven't tried it, but Splashtop allows you to use programs and files on a remote computer. Another question is how it will work, I think a lot depends on the speed of the Internet.
