Any recommendations for point cloud / mesh software
For
1) 3D scanned data manipulation / adjustments
2) Creating sculptural forms ?
I have Rhino but find it to awkward to use, looking for a MOI equivalent ?
Any ideas ?

I haven't used it myself but I've heard of Geomagic Wrap for processing scan data. I think it's pretty expensive though.
