Yes, you can turn off perspective for the 3D view by a setting under Options > View > "3D view projection", set it to 3D view projection: Parallel.

You can also set up a keyboard shortcut that will set it to a parallel projection and also set the view angle to an Isometric or Dimetric view:

You can also set the view direction angles under Options > View > "3D view angles".
