When I install Moi3D it associates the Moi icon to a number of file types such as IGES and STEP. I would prefer to keep the original icons associated with these files. Is there a way to install Moi so that it does not do this, i.e. it only assigns the Moi icon to Moi .3dm files?

Hi David, sorry no currently there isn't any way to not have the installer set up file associations.

I will set up a checkbox option in the installer to disable them for the next release.

For now you would need to right click on one of the file as choose "Open with > Choose default program..." to set the file association back how you want it.
