First I mistakenly thought that it was Octane Render that supported Moi now but that was not the case ;-).

The guy making Maverick Render has stated that he would make it compatible with Moi if the demand is high enough.

Hi Hans, yup MoI is now included as part of the software bundle that you get with an Octane subscription.

There are no changes other than that, I do not have any plans to make Moi subscription only.

In a bit I will be looking at tuning up the connection between Moi and Octane.

That's a relief :-).

Normally I can't stand subscriptions but that offer is actually interesting as a whole. At the Black Friday deal price (that seems to last until end of December) you really get a lot of different VFX and 3D software for the price.

And a connection between Moi and Octane would be awesome :-).

I could be tempted to subscribe even though I have a lot of the software already.
You also get network and cloud rendering.
