Hi Paquicinno, that's a bug in the size calculation where it's accidentally using some areas of the larger "underlying surface" that has been trimmed away.
In this case if you select the object and then type Tab and then type ShrinkTrimmedSrf and push Enter, it should get rid of the extra reported size.

When you cut an object with a boolean operation, the original full size surface is still present, it just has new trim curves on it that mark which areas have been cut away. You will see the full underlying surface with show points like this, and also if you select all edges and hit Delete it will erase the trim boundaries and recover the full underlying surface.
The ShrinkTrimmedSrf command will shrink down extra area of the underlying surface that is outside of the current trim boundaries.
So anyway having this "ghost part" is just a normal part of how booleans and trimming surfaces work. But there is a bug with the tight bounding size calculation for this particular object.
