Is there any way to change the blend mode of style colors upon shading?
By blend mode I mean Multiply, Screen, Overlay,... like in Photoshop.

The reason is that the default style coloring in MoI seems a bit "shallow", especially in the darkest part. The color seems not flowing well from highlight to shadow.

Here I have attached 2 images for comparison: One with style colors in MoI; Another with "Color" blend mode in Photoshop (with a solid color layer on top of the shaded background PNG of the Ai file exported from MoI).
Both used the same blue color #0068ff

There isn't a way to do that exactly but you can manipulate the shading by going to Options > View > "Lighting options".

Try setting Lighting style = "Custom key + fill levels" and then you can tweak the light source intensity by sliders and also for more illumination you may want to turn on specular highlights with a low focus size which will make a broad highlight.
