How can I identify if I have MoI 4.0 or MoI 5.0 beta open?
In the small window on the top right is always only "MoI".

That wasn't the question. I want to see during start if I'm in version 4 or 5beta.

Sorry for the mistake in headline.

There are some times when I would like to just glance at a "corner", and see MoI4 or MoI5b on the screen, rather than clicking on help a couple times...

Hi BLS, I've set up a script for you that will insert the MoI version number in the lower right corner of the side pane.

Put it in the startup folder inside the MoI appdata folder.

On Windows: %AppData%\Moi\startup
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Moi/startup

Hi Michael,
Do you think, this script will be a standard for the next versions ?
It's true, that we use often stable and beta versions on our machines.
Knowing which one has been launched is a good idea for next versions.

Hi Phiro,

re:

It should work in future versions too once it is installed in the MoI appdata startup folder.
