I got a new computer recently and am trying to figure out how to set up my cintiq 24hd on it, but I haven't been able to get the screen to display anything. I've been using my cintiq on a Macbook Pro that recently went out of date for O.S. updates. My new computer is a PowerSpec G709, which runs on windows, which I don't know if that's part of the reason I can't figure it out. Whether I plug the HDMI into the graphics card or otherwise, it makes no difference. I've downloaded the latest Windows driver, but the Wacom Desktop Center doesn't recognize that anything's plugged in. I attempted to input a line of code in the Administrator Command Prompt from this video: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2GMQVEMNWA&t=198s), but that didn't do any good either. It seems like my mouse scrolls into the other screen when I attempt to do so, so the mouse at least registers the tablet's existence. I currently ave my tablet plugged back into my laptop, so I'm confident that this isn't an issue of cables being loosened during the shift between computers. At this point, I've run out of ideas. Could anyone please offer a guess about what I need to do to fix this?

Hi Adam, sorry I don't really know anything about Wacom hardware troubleshooting.

You'll probably need to contact Wacom support. This forum here is for the MoI 3D modeling software.

Hi Adam,

I have been using Cintiq's for years and normally when I have had issues in the past it is to do with the cable configuration, however recently I have had 2 24" Cintiq's that have had a power pack issue inside and everything has worked apart from the picture coming on! With one of them I sent it to them and they quoted approx £300.00 to fix and return and the other they quoted £850.00 to fix and return.

Hope this is helpful
