Typically this type of "2 and a half D" ArtCAM type embossing generates polygonal geometry. Since MoI is focused
only on working with NURBS geometry and not triangle mesh geometry for modeling that makes it not really a good
fit for having in MoI, sorry.
Since Autodesk purchased and then discontinued ArtCAM you might checkout something from Vectric instead, or
maybe this one which I guess is derived from ArtCAM:

That wouldn't work because scrolling the middle mouse is already used for zooming the view in and out which you
can do while in commands as well.
