Hey guys how you doing?

Wonder how can i delete this, or merge those faces so there is nothing in between? Keep having to delete everything from zero and re-extrude again, anyways any idea how I can do this? Thanks in advance!

Hi DrBombs, an edge like that isn't in the middle of a face, it's at the borders of a face and so you've got 2 faces there.

If 2 faces have the same complete underlying surface, or if they are 2 planes that are co-planar, then boolean union will merge the faces into a single one.

But it doesn't currently happen for 2 extrusions like you've got there. I want to make it handle that in the future though. For now if you want 2 extruded faces to be one face then yes you would need to delete them and extrude one larger face to replace them with.

What is it that you're trying to accomplish by getting rid of those edges for this particular case. Probably in your case here it's easiest to just not worry about it.

Your a god send Mr Michael!

Thanks for the info, I just wanted to keep it clean because later I will make lots of cuts with booleans and such, here is a example where I am going for:
