Hi Pilou, one area that MoI's filleter can have trouble with is if fillet surfaces or corners need to cross over other edges that are not being filleted.
I'm not quite sure but you also may have a situation there with "mixed convexity" at a single vertex which opens up a type of hole that is more difficult to fill in.
