In the forum they have both tutorials and monthly modeling challenges open to everyone. Mostly they are done in Solidworks and Rhino, but are perfectly applicable to MoI! When the challenge ends, the forum moderator gives his solution in form of an illustrated step-by-step explanation.

Here's a Diving Knife I've done following one of the challenges. Modeled in MoI and rendered in Vray4Rhino.
