Wave - cut and filleting fails

tried 100 times to cut and filleting this little wave on this ring. I always failed.
Do you got an idea where the problem is? (besides me)

Hi,

The problem is on your wave.

If you take the edges of the wave, and join them, you could next see the points (show points).
The density of the points is problematic.

Reconstruct this curve and extrude it to redo the wave.
Next, you will not have the problem with filleting.

Hi Mala, I noticed that fillets of some radius values seemed to work but I noticed some anomalies in the generated fillets in these areas here:



So I closely examined that area of the model and I found the "side wall" surface folds back over itself in a small zone there, like this:





I think there is another area like that on the other side.

This probably needs to be corrected in the original curves used to construct this before doing flow, etc... on them.

Michael..thx very much. You were right.
I rebuild the spline. It came out of Indesign. It was not properly at all.
