I am using the 123D Design free software of Autodesk and the problem is that when I finish from the program to close it, it hangs up when exit and you couldn't close it properly.

Does anyone encounter this problem and if there is a solution can you please tells me what to do to solve it.

The 123D Design is very good for Fillet and Chamfer and you can handle a lot of issues regarding Fillet and Chamfer.

There are others commands that can you use to modify your designs too.

Absolutly no problem!
You Drag & Drop directly your files stp, sat from MOi inside 123D.
(Drag & Drop is just more easy but you can use Menus also)
Modify them.
Export as STP & SAT for MOi from 123D.
Save as .123dx from 123D if you want keep the scene in the owner format.
Exit .
it reload the .123dx saved by Drag & Drop...

Block in your firewall 123D Design to connect to internet and you'll notice that it will close as expected.
