Very nice design and result! Have you tried the heat-set threaded brass inserts for machine screws? I use them a lot on 3D printed projects.

Hello Ed. Yes I did bought them but i did not test them properly. I have few question do they work well on PLA? Is the small that bad when the plastic melt?

They work great in PLA and are very strong once you have the hole size calibrated for your printer. I printed a test piece with holes in various sizes near the nominal size to try them out. They take 3 seconds to set using a pointed tip soldering iron. I don't notice any smell.
