Hi nyl, try KeyShot, it's probably the easiest to use but kind of expensive. Also look at SimLab Composer.

You have a free version of SimLab Composer : the Lite edition! Maxi 1920 *800

But if you take a previous one you will have 1920 *1080 ;)

Don't load the trial if you want the Lite! At the launch of the Prog you will choose the last Line "Demo" so the Lite! ;)

How about DAZ 3D Studio? It's free and uses Nvidia's Iray renderer.

A tricky free one but you should have downlowded it in Epic Games 2019...TwinMotion !
A very cool interface! And fabulous librairies...inside & outside with the free galaxy Quixel MegaScan, Bridge, Mixer!
Render, animation etc...
