Hi Michael,

I am dealing with a lot of 3D letters being created in Mol and I have to compare different fonts many times before the final version is chosen.
And here's the problem, I don't have a font name saved after creating a 3D letters so I have to start from scratch trying to find the right one for my project.
Is there any way to register the font name after creating a 3D font other than writing its name on the side?

Thanks,
Marek

Hi Marek, well I guess you could assign the font name as the object name on the letters that you created.

To do that, after you have created the text, select it and click on the object name field in the properties panel, see item #1 listed at:
https://moi3d.com/4.0/docs/moi_command_reference11.htm#propertiespanel

If you do that then when you select that object later on that name will be displayed there.

Thanks Michael, that's the way, even when the font's name is not so easy to remember, at least the beginning of its name can be written down to the object's properties.
