Hi I am attempting to flow this text on this rounded surface but am not entirely sure if my method is good. In the second image you can see the result of my attempt and it is not great. I also tried projecting the curves of the text onto the surface but cannot extrude properly with capped surfaces because the curves are not planar. Any help or suggestion appreciated.

Hi Art, for the project method, you can use Edit >Trim to cut the surface up into separate surface fragments, and then extrude the surface fragment. See here for some links to examples:

For the Flow method I would need to see your .3dm model file to be able to help with that.

Eggxellent Michael, worked like a charm and thankyou for the links. All that I needed to modify was the seem location on the surface below the letter "A" as it broke the ability to extrude the "A". I simply rotated the main tire 45° and proceeded with the trim procedure.
