MOI V4 is lovely, as we all know - great to have everything up to date (cue segway!)
Is there any chance you could update the FBX exporter to an up to date version ? Blender (shhh!) throws a fit and claims it's too old to import.

Options, Import/Export, FBX Options, FBX version and select "2016/7.5"
