Hi Dmytro, you can report a bug here on the forum or by e-mail at moi@moi3d.com . If you can send me the file I'll take a look at what's going on. If MoI is consuming CPU that means it is probably busy processing some complex part of the model and you might just need to let it crunch on it for 10 minutes or so to finish it.

The percent meter moves when different objects in the file are completed. If it has just one really complex object in the file then it is normal that it might stick at one number for a while.

Why not take another nurbs format from the original start ? (Sat, Iges...)

If you can send me the file at moi@moi3d.com, I could then test it with a profiler to try and figure out what is taking so long and see if I can fix it.

If the objects are unusually large or small it could be an intersection tolerance problem with a tolerance level that is too tight.

CAD Assistant can be helpful for file translation, if you import it into CAD Assistant and then export out from there as a Rhino v5 .3dm file then that can probably be loaded into MoI easier. For .3dm format MoI does not have to process the trimming boundaries like it needs to for STEP import.
