I'm having trouble creating this fillet:









No matter how small or big I make it the fillet keeps failing. I sometimes follow along with someone using Fusion to try and figure it out in MOI but this one has me stumped. Just curious if anyone out there knows of a workaround or maybe I'm overlooking something.

Hi Dan, your attached file looks a little different than what you show above, I don't seem to have the edge you highlighted in the attached one:



Looking at your screenshot probably the first thing i would try would be to make one wider cylinder surface in these areas instead of having it fragmented into 2 pieces, so these edges would be removed:



That could help with the filleting.

I also made it in 123D Design, where it is much easier and faster.
