quick question: What is the default 3d view angle? I believe it was 27.5 but I don't want to restore all the defaults and I've changed so many things I can't remember the default for the view angle. Also, why was the default 3d view angle chosen? Thank you

Hi beanworks, yes that's correct the default field of view angle for a perspective view is 27.5 degrees.

That value was chosen because it corresponds with the field of view given by a 35mm film camera with a 50mm lens which used to be a common set up in photography.
