Lack of local administrator account on windows causing issues?

I'm running Moi from a windows account that is not a local admin. Whenever I make changes to the shortcuts, for instance, the changes only last until the next time I restart Moi. Do i have to be a local admin to make these changes persist?

Hi Tigerion, you need to have write access permitted to the %Appdata%\Moi directory, that's where moi will want to write the moi.ini file to. Usually you don't need admin privilege to write to the appdata directory.

Alternatively you can set up the shortcut that launches MoI.exe to pass a command line parameter of a full path to a moi.ini file in a writable directory and then it will use it there. If you have spaces in the path put it in double quotes.
