Ctrl, Shift not responding after some time in V4

Anyone else is having an issue with Ctrl, Shift not responding after some time in V4?

Basically at some point I can't use hotkeys with Ctrl or Shift in them (alt are ok for some reason) as they dont do anything (clicking on icons of corresponding tools still works) and have to force restart Moi.

Sometimes it happens a lot( every few min or so) and sometimes not so often( every hour or so). Never happened this in v3 and v2 ever. My hardware/software setup for everything didnt changes, same OS, keyboard etc.

Hi Vitaly, hmm I have not heard that from any other users so far.

Are you possibly running any utility programs that involve keyboard shortcuts?

Hi Michael, thanks for quick response. Hm yes actually I use a Steelseries keyboard with extra keys and their software for macro commands to have more shortcuts. Think that could be the problem? Interestingly enough it never happened in V3 or V2 with the same setup(this keyboard is more than 5y.o.)

Possibly - is there a method to disable it and then see if the problem still occurs?

V4 has had a lot of changes to make it cross platform, it uses the Qt framework while v3 and earlier just used plain Windows code.

Got it, thanks Michael. I gave it a go on another machine with standard keyboard/no steelseries software and it seems fine. Will try installing new version of the steelseries software see if that helps.
