Hello all,

I´m new user of MoI3d software.. and I´m impressed about the variability of it :-)

Do anybody know if it´s possible to create exploded view in more defined directions ? (one direction script I found)

Thanks in advance for any support or tip

EDIT correction: (Native MoI) ExplodeMove. Shows up in CustomUI, or use "Tab" (see Pilou post next.)

Old answer from 2013: http://moi3d.com/forum/index.php?webtag=MOI&msg=6061.4

I am confused re: Is a cube viewed from 6 external points of view, or is the cube separated, and the 6 faces moved apart in 6 directions?
Or is it some drafting view, of 5 faces arranged 2D, in a PDF, like isometric...?

Else you have a native ExplodeMove (hiden function)

Press TAB and write ExplodeMove then Press Enter or Right CLick
(you can also write explodemove or EXplodemove ...etc but without space) !
or make a ShortCut as usual with ExplodeMove in the second column

Wondering if Michael's ExplodeMove factory could be enhanced, for any useful purpose?

Hi doehlma,

Sorry it's not quite clear what you mean by exploded view, can you say what the one-direction script you found was? That would then help clarify what you are asking about.

Was it possibly the Make2D command that you found? If so then try this script that generates a 2D drawing from 4 views:

Thanks,
