For making an extrusion to divide the solid into separate solid chunks you could try doing a type of "radial extrusion" by going to the top view and using Transform > Scale > Scale2d to make 2 copies (ctrl click on the final pick for scale to make a copy) and then loft between those to make this type of thing:



That can then divide a solid like this:



To make a solid cutting tool to cut your original solid up:





This is probably not going to be very good for filleting though, although maybe it would get simplified some too by having ends be perpendicular to the ending edges.

with the first technic ... extrude and boolean diff

you can extrude curves on differents plans

so you have various splitted pieces ... you can boolean union them to build pieces ( examples in yellow ) I union 2 pieces

the avantage of that ... all can be filleted

There is a limit of 50MB of total attachments per forum user so that the web server won't get all filled up.

You can go to Options on the upper bar and then Attachments on the left-hand side, and that will show all your attachments that have been uploaded. If you delete some of them from there that would open up some attachment space for you to post new ones.

The other option is to a file sharing service like Dropbox, One Drive, etc... and upload your file there and post a link to it here.
