Hi,
attached is a method that allows for the 0.25 radii prior to adding a fillet.
Create a elliptical arch and a goal post loft using the exact option.
Loft the side edges, join surfaces then planar to close to a solid.
Add 0.25 radii then select edges to fillet and apply fillet size you require.
Hope this helps
Barry

Hi,

my proposition is :
Fileting before lofting...

You filet your profiles.

You loft without cap.

You use a blendcap.

why not just built it with a variable fillet? front is a fillet on the corners then the bottom edges minis the very back edge you run a small fillet and then with the same operation make your larger fillet as a variable and then finish up with the rest a as a small fillet. so make a box with three fillets.

The problem with variable radius fillet is it will leave the end profile as a rounded rectangle instead of an ellipse shape.

If the arch at the back is the most import criteria then I would do a simple loft of two lines, trim the loft for the front radius make it's mate as a plane loft the two planes together (leaving enough room for a fillet) and then fillet the whole thing.
